Solve problems collaboratively and test ideas quickly
My in-person or virtual workshops and sprints are never one-size-fits-all. Each project depends on applying the right framework to help you problem-solve and reach your goals. They’ll help you reach new levels of productivity and find new ways to create valuable products and services for the people that matter.
Together we’ll expand your thinking and help you focus on the right solutions.
What is a CurveFinder Workshop?
CurveFinder workshops are sleeves rolled up, interactive experiences. Held over 1, 2 or 3 days we’ll guide you through an intensive creative problem-solving process derived from our Design Sprint framework. Each workshop is designed to help you get the most out of our time together.
CurveFinder workshops are great for bringing together teams who want to expand their thinking and find new ways of collaborating. Our framework then helps everyone to laser in on the right solutions to help propel your business.
What is a Design Sprint?
A Design Sprint is an intensive programme held over 5-days. Originally pioneered by Google Ventures, it helps multi-disciplined teams come together to solve problems and test ideas rapidly.
Design Sprints are perfect if you want to take an inclusive approach to create new or refreshing existing products and services. The key is to have a meaningful problem to solve and the right people in the room.
Who will benefit from CurveFinder Workshops and Design Sprints?
Over 5-days we’ll guide you through an illuminating process in person or online.
Day 1 Map - Make a focused plan and agree on the critical questions you need to answer. Use insights from internal experts and define your goals.
Day 2 Sketch - Time for everyone to get creative. Our process gives everyone a chance to contribute individually to sketching possible solutions.
Day 3 Decide - The team considers potential solutions and collaborates to storyboard and decide on what to prototype.
Day 4 Prototype - We use what the team has envisioned in their storyboards and create prototypes that can be tested with customers and partners.
Day 5 Test - On the final day the team conduct structured, coffee-shop style one-on-one interviews with customers and partners to sense-check and validate.
