The CurveFinder Growth Business Canvas helps you map out your business model in a visual, interactive way. The simple structure combined with our thought-starter questions helps guide you through summarising the key elements of your business plan.

There are lots of different typed of Business Canvas out there that have taken influence from the original created by Osterwalder and Pigneur. But after years of helping businesses of all stages, I noticed that a lot of people just didn’t get the jargon used in some of those versions.  In fact, many people I’ve coached have found them to be cold and a little uninspiring. So, I’ve used more accessible and more empathetic wording to help stimulate the user as they work through each segment.

 I’ve found that many founders find it challenging to voice what their growth and competitive strategies might be and how they relate to the rest of their business model.  My canvas helps bring this together.

Finally, the canvas encourages you to look at the areas of your model that you are least confident in and what you will prioritise next.

When to use it

• At the start of your journey when building your business conceptually.
• Periodically when you are checking in on your current strategy and plan.
• When coaching others who are looking to develop their business model. 

How to use it

Decide whether you want to use the interactive or printable version.

For the printable version, you can print in A3 and use sticky notes to complete.

The interactive version is great for distributed teams to use collaboratively in Google Drive. Be sure to make your own copy before you start.

Just follow the prompts as you work through each segment.

Try to be as detailed as you can as you go through each step.
